At DELTATEC, AI is neither a black box nor a passing trend — technology we deeply understand and engineer to solve real-world challenges. All our models are built with deployment in mind, including on custom or resource-constrained embedded hardware.

In industrial vision, publicly available datasets are often scarce, and building custom datasets from scratch can be complex, costly, and time-consuming. To address this, DELTATEC has developed a unique capability: the large-scale generation of realistic, auto-annotated synthetic datasets. These can serve as complete training sets, augment real-world data, or provide a robust pre-training foundation that can be fine-tuned with fewer real samples.

Our experience also extends to managing the unpredictability of real-world environments. In industrial settings, conditions are rarely ideal — lighting varies, image noise appears, dust accumulates, and optical distortions occur. DELTATEC’s solutions are designed to perform reliably in these challenging, non-laboratory conditions.
