This role is part of a planned succession as our current Service Manager of Operations will move into (partial) retirement after a transition period. We’re hiring ahead of the transition to allow a comprehensive handover and ensure business continuity.

 

Your Mission:

Lead Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality activities for DELTATEC and DELTACAST.TV to ensure product availability, cost efficiency and operational performance.

 

Key responsibilities

Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Define and execute sourcing & procurement strategy (category strategies, supplier negotiations, dual-sourcing).
  • Manage supply risks (obsolescence / EOL management) and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance (quality, compliance, delivery performance).

Inventory & Operational Performance

  • Manage and optimize inventory and stock levels to ensure on-time availability.
  • Safeguard operational performance through clear KPIs and structured follow-up.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team (buyers, operations team - incoming inspection / PCB testing & repairs - shipments, quality engineering).
  • Improve KPIs and lead continuous improvement.

Quality, ERP & Facilities

  • Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Support the transition to a new ERP system.
  • Coordinate Facility Management with HR and the CEO.

What you bring

  • 8–10 years in electronics/EMS (HMLV ideal), including ≥3 years in Purchasing.
  • Inventory Management experience.
  • Strong ISO 9001 background CAPA/8D, control plans; IPC-A-610 familiarity.
  • Proven strategic & tactical procurement experience (electronics/mechanics), TCO mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborating mindset with other departments
  • Supplier development/audit experience.
  • ERP/MRP proficiency.
  • PA/QA experience is a strong advantage

  • Languages: Professional English required; French is a strong advantage.
